Parc South Mountain
Parc South Mountain was developed by Evergreen Development for an emerging market in South Phoenix. The Parc brand is built around a more casual approach to living. Simple, comfortable and useful are all adjectives that describe their development philosophy for resident amenities. We have designed multiple Parc properties that have successfully created market share in growing neighborhoods. Our design for South Mountain focused on creating interiors that are comfortable, well used and relaxed, fitting the neighborhood demographic. A palette of textured, rustic and industrial materials was layered throughout the spaces to create a feeling of comfort. Furnishings were selected with vintage undertones and rugged materials and finishes. The result is an interior environment that reflects the character of the neighborhood and aligns with the Parc brand, creating a unique and comfortable resident experience.

“Parc It” was the Instagram art campaign created to engage potential residents with the new South Mountain community. Designing leasing spaces that function effectively for management requires intuitive circulation and natural points of pause and interaction for prospective residents.
A leasing bar floats at the entry to encourage first contact. The combination of standing and seated space allows for initial interaction and quick responses to resident services. Built-in leasing desks provide areas for more focused conversations and documentation. Management offices and workspace are positioned behind the leasing area to offer an additional layer of service and security. The leasing experience is the final step in securing a resident, and by thoughtfully designing and controlling the elements of the space, we create an environment that supports successful conversions.
Rustic barn-wood walls wrap the clubroom in warm, textured character, creating inviting spaces for residents to gather and play. Anchored by a catering kitchen and a floating bar, the room accommodates both resident events and personal activities. With a billiards table and game stations, it encourages interaction and friendly competition. Relaxation centers on a steel-clad media wall, surrounded by soft seating and versatile tables for group movie nights or sporting events.
materials tell the story
The Parc vibe emerges from a skillful mix of materials. Polished concrete floors bring a modern, authentic feel, while textured steel adds an industrial edge. It is the highly textured wormwood barn siding, covering multiple architectural walls, that makes the bold statement and unifies the interiors. This backdrop sets the stage for furnishings and accessories, creating a sense of structure, warmth, and comfort.
