At Lawrence Lake Interiors, we’ve successfully completed a wide range of commercial projects—from private offices and boutique restaurants to coffee shops and retail spaces. Every place we design begins with a conversation. We listen to our clients, immersing ourselves in their goals to create spaces that feel authentic, intentional, and alive with purpose.

What sets us apart is our ability to bring the warmth and comfort of residential design into commercial spaces. We believe commercial interiors should be more than just functional—they should be places people are drawn to, where they feel welcome, comfortable, and inspired. Whether it’s a customer lingering over coffee or a guest returning to a favorite spot, we design with the experience in mind.

As the design process unfolds, each project begins to take on a personality of its own. Our team collaborates closely and sources from hundreds of trusted vendors to find the perfect materials, lighting, and FF&E selections that support the vision. With every detail, we thoughtfully balance beauty with practicality—ensuring our design meets safety codes, ADA requirements, and day-to-day functionality, without ever compromising on style.

At every stage, our approach is grounded with intention and purpose: to bring spaces to life through tailored, high-impact design that connects with people and elevates their experience.

vet tix corporate office

Give Something to Those Who Gave: Vet Tix is a nonprofit organization that provides tickets to veterans and their families to professional sports and entertainment events. Connecting unsold tickets with veterans in need to events which reduce stress, strengthen family bonds, build life-long memories and encourage service members and veterans to stay engaged with local communities and American life. We worked with Vet Tix to create a workplace environment and culture that was aligned with their mission.  Our design for their urban Tempe office has grown with them through three expansions and the evolution of their digital needs. Built around a community gathering space, the team works to connect and discuss information while searching for solutions with physical connection. The lounge is anchored by a community café stocked with food and beverages and hosts their daily employee shared lunch break. Strategic space planning connects multiple divisions of staff that move the corporate products and services through their process and systems. As the needs and workflow pattern is defined and redefined to meet the staffing needs the design flexes to accommodate the client’s needs.

Creating open plans and work pods that fit the team’s functional needs. Using community spaces to connect functions and teams. Creating interactive workspaces that create stronger information and results. The signature lobby reception desk allows them to talk about the intricacies of design, construction and the craftsmanship it takes to make great things. Reflective of their own efforts and brand.

press coffee at the muse

Press Coffee is a small batch craft coffee roaster with a network of coffee shops across Urban Phoenix.  We designed their outpost at The Muse, a multifamily project, located on Central Avenue in the Arts District for Lennar Multifamily. Fusing the Press Coffee brand with The Muse brand created an energetic and artful outpost. Centered around an open working kitchen, the production and services are communal. Our soft ceiling lighting absorbs sound and warms the delivery of services. With a graphic focus on product education and sourcing, we added the warm dark wood walls of The Muse brand. A few modern lounge chairs and art accents bring The Muse brand to Central Avenue.

press coffee at nexa

Press Coffee at Nexa is a fusion of the Press brand and the urban vibe of Tempe. The youth driven location features a more architectural interior. Layers of modern horizontal architectural elements fuse with industrial materials and interior details. The counter service is presentation driven and creates a gathering and connection point. Multiple seating options and styles allow for multiple functions and interactions. The communal nature of the environment and shared experience is the college neighborhood win.

lush burger at dc ranch

Lushburger at DC Ranch was envisioned as a passion project for one of our long-standing residential builder clients: a neighborhood destination offering an elevated dining experience. The warm evening glow of the interiors creates an inviting ambiance, drawing guests into a luxurious yet approachable setting. At the heart of the space, the burger bar features red 3Form glowing acrylic panels contrasted against cowhide bar stools. Custom leather banquettes provide an intimate backdrop for relaxed dining and private conversations. Extending the experience outdoors, the active corner was designed with dining and lounge areas, and an event space perfect for gatherings with friends.
