Elevation at the Village
Elevation at the Village was developed by Vedura Development at San Tan Village in Gilbert Arizona. This was our third project designed for Vedura Development at the shopping and retail Village over the course of a decade. The area attracts a young upscale demographic attracted to entertainment, food and shopping convenience. The Village brings a more urban vibe to the growing suburban market of Gilbert. Our focus was to design and position this property for the emerging Generation Z resident. Forward positioning the product in a developed marketplace. Designing for an emerging demographic with long term performance benefits.

Emerging Gen-Z interior design trends are all about creating spaces that feel personal. Interiors are more individual, expressive, and welcoming, warmer and more comfortable than the minimalist tastes of Millennials. Our designs combine textured, warm materials that feel both familial and unique. Thoughtful details shape spaces that foster personal experiences, while curated furnishings are distinctive, comfortable, and encourage connection.
In the leasing office, a desk crafted from millwork inspired by shipping trunks is topped with a steel plate waterfall countertop. Instagram-worthy Pierre Jeanneret chairs invite potential residents to experience the space.
The interiors reflect a collected approach, inspired by a world traveler, a vagabond with a bounty of taste and treasures. Furnishings from around the world are brought together in a single setting, creating an individual expression of style and experience. Wood floors, brick walls, and a dramatic plaid wall tile add warmth, while multiple lounge areas feature layered Persian rugs topped with tables, chests, and chairs that invite residents to gather.
A central coffee bar café and adjacent mobile workspace provide spots for meetings and connection. Gaming tables transform part of the space into a hotel-style lounge bar. Alongside the pool, floating bar and dining tables, and a full-service catering kitchen and bar, the design accommodates the needs of a new generation, including nondrinkers. Vintage framed wall art, symbolic animal selections, and neighborhood photographs create a layered interaction with the past, present, and one another.

a collective furnishing program
Our design team crafted a space that feels collected and curated. A sophisticated mix of international styles is thoughtfully assembled to create an effortless, natural ambiance. Each piece is chosen for scale, proportion, and placement, bringing harmony without matching, and creating a cohesive yet layered interior.

The large architectural scale of the spaces is softened with interior design details that make them feel more human. Patterned tile feature walls fill drywall niches, while laser-cut wood screens divide the café and workspace, conceal structural columns, and define the floor plan. A grid of oversized modern pendant lights brings the high ceilings down, adding warmth and comfort. Thoughtful architectural detailing and lighting transform the shell into inviting gathering spaces.
