Elysian Centennial Hills was developed and constructed by The Calida Group in Las Vegas, Nevada. As one of the city’s most successful multifamily developers, they have established the prolific Elysian brand. Inspired by owner Erik Cohen, the interiors are dramatic and glamorous, provocative and engaging, luxurious and colorful. The highly successful brand is lifestyle and amenity driven, supported by dynamic resident programming and strong market engagement. Centennial Hills in North Las Vegas is a growing affluent community shaped by modern city planning and new infrastructure. Our design focuses on capturing the distinct Elysian brand by creating spaces that are architectural, immersive, and programmed for a dynamic lifestyle. The design program incorporates luxurious finishes across every surface, layered patterns and colors, abundant lounges and seating groupings, and lifestyle driven amenities. A provocative edge engages residents in an unmistakably Elysian environment.

A carefully curated mix of materials defines the expansive clubhouse interiors. Dozens of polished marbles are combined with glass and metallic tiles to create a sense of refined luxury. Warm wood paneling, textured wallcoverings, and deep plush carpets bring softness and comfort to the space. The midnight blue color palette, layered with vibrant accents, introduces a feeling of relaxation and decompression while maintaining an atmosphere of elevated elegance.
The arrival experience at Elysian Centennial Hills is dramatic and visually engaging. The lobby lounge welcomes potential residents with the intrigue of a boutique hotel. The soaring space, finished with marble floors and antique mirrored ceilings, centers on a custom “Our Hearts” art sculpture. Set against a patterned marble tile wall, this Instagram-worthy moment is framed by a collection of museum-style modern chairs. Gold accents are inlaid into the dramatic marble floor mosaic, highlight tables and chairs, and wrap the teardrop lighting. Beyond the lobby, a nightclub-inspired lounge invites guests in with a series of intimate seating areas. The view leads to windows overlooking the pool and a long-branded feature wall. It is a full Elysian experience from the moment you step through the front door.
The Elysian leasing experience is centered on hospitality-style desks designed for documentation and initial engagement. These desks are anchored by a glowing cube of blue agate stone. Large workstations with stone waterfall countertops are detailed with textured wood panels dipped in gold leaf. Above, a barrel-vaulted ceiling is wrapped in gold leaf wallpaper and dramatic lighting. While visually striking, it also functions to control acoustics and create a more intimate, focused leasing environment.
The nightclub lounge is designed for evening community events and encourages small group interaction. Three architectural pods provide gathering and celebration spaces for multiple groups. Built-in lounge booths are backed with Sicis Italian glass tile murals that span the walls and wrap the ceiling, creating a fully immersive experience. A marble-patterned fireplace commands center stage, framed by soft seating for those drawn to the spotlight. Custom ten-foot-tall female-shaped wall sconces cast a seductive glow, heightening the drama of the space.
We collaborated with artist Amy Pozez to create a one-of-a-kind billiard table felt for the game room. Incorporating female imagery, rich colors, and graphic details, she designed an artful focal point that defines the space. Custom printed on regulation felt, the table surface introduces bold pattern and color to the room’s centerpiece. A giant dome light fixture hangs above, anchoring the billiard table within the expansive entertainment space and enhancing its visual impact.
The Elysian brand is built for entertainment. With multiple serving areas and bar spaces, the design gives residents the ability to host in luxurious style, which is at the core of the brand. Comfortable lounge seating, dynamic gaming and entertainment amenities, and stylish dining areas demonstrate how residents can live and entertain their friends with confidence and flair. With an active resident social program, the spaces are constantly in use, activated by events and everyday interaction. The layout invites people to gather in large groups, mingle, and still find intimate places of their own.
During the day, the rooms function as mobile work hubs, wired and comfortable, often energizing residents who work from home with the brand’s lively atmosphere. The Elysian amenity package includes playful tanning lounges, dramatic massage rooms, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. Every inch of the public spaces is layered with luxurious design details. Through architectural detailing, material selections, and thoughtful finishes, the interiors deliver a complete and immersive environment. This is the Elysian experience.
