Park Midtown is an adaptive reuse of a Mercedes dealership into a clubhouse with adjacent apartments. Repurposing the showroom into the clubhouse created a resident magnet for interaction. Branded screens were designed to divide the space and be seen from the street. The interiors reflect the finishes of a vintage car, with the furnishings and details telling the authentic story.
