Evergreen

Evergreen Development requested a project clubhouse with elements of a “dive bar” for their remote Parc Tolleson project. The program revolved around the concept of billiards, booths, community tables, and lounges for gathering. Concrete floors and barn wood walls envelop the room with texture and grit. Custom vintage green leather booths with raw steel tables offer party space but are electrified with plugs and USB ports for mobile work. Movable community tables and a vintage tile coffee bar anchor the room’s exterior connection. The media and gaming spaces provide for all of the bar activities, just a few notches above “dive”.
