In the crowded San Tan Village multi-family market the design strategy was to create something different. A boutique project, unique, inviting, and memorable in design. The restoration/men’s club design theme created the opportunity to embellish the modern competition. Warm interiors founded in warm woods and textures were layered with Turkish rugs, topped with Italian leather sofas, adjacent to a root table. An eclectic mix of styles that are intriguing and inviting for use. A series of public spaces create opportunities for residents to wait, meet, dine, work, and connect in an intriguing environment. The interior style continues outside with pool, cabana, and ramada spaces developed to engage residents and impress their friends.
