North was one of the last Trillium projects in a decade of brand development and multifamily innovation. Trillium introduced the amenity rich clubhouse, designed to look like a hotel in Phoenix. Concierge services, mobile leasing, coffee bars, theaters, exhibition kitchens, massage and spa services, and poolside towel and beverage service were all part of the Trillium brand. The style was bold, hospitality driven and infused with an electric sense of color. Trillium North was one of the first post-recession projects that electrified the local market.
